We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Granny Flats X from start to finish. Building a granny flat can be a stressful process, but the team made the entire experience much easier and more enjoyable than we expected. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and we were very impressed with the attention to detail throughout the project. The build was completed within a very efficient timeframe, which was one of the things we appreciated most. The team was professional, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Whenever we had questions or needed clarification, they were happy to explain things and keep us updated throughout the different stages of construction. We also appreciated the communication and transparency during the process. From the initial discussions and planning through to construction and completion, everyone we dealt with was helpful and genuinely focused on delivering a good result. The finished granny flat looks fantastic, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Overall, we are very happy with both the final product and the service we received. Granny Flats X delivered on quality, workmanship, communication, and timeframe. We would happily recommend Granny Flats X to anyone considering building a granny flat. Thank you to the entire team for making the experience such a positive one!

We got 3 quotes for our granny flat before deciding for our Marayong project, and Granny Flats X was $20–30k better on price than the other options we looked at. What really surprised us was that their inclusions were actually better as well. The contract was very clear and included the site works, connections, approvals and other major costs, so there were no nasty surprises later. The contract price was the final price, which gave us a lot of confidence when budgeting. We did have a few hiccups around Christmas and the holiday period, which is understandable with reduced availability, but what impressed us was that they still managed to hand over on the promised date. Throughout the build, their team was responsive and we could get answers whenever we needed them. They were always willing to explain things and help resolve any issues that came up. The granny flat is now finished, looks great and is ready to be rented out, which was our main goal. If you’re comparing granny flat builders and getting multiple quotes, I’d definitely recommend getting a quote from Granny Flats X before making your decision. It was by far the best value we found, and the inclusions and overall experience made the difference for us.

Couldn’t be happier with our granny flat from Granny Flats X. After getting quotes from several builders, Granny Flats X stood out straight away. Their price was honestly one of the best we found, and the quote was very clear and competitive without feeling like they were cutting corners on the quality or inclusions. What impressed us most was how smooth the whole process was. From the initial consultation and approvals through to construction and handover, the team kept everything moving and communicated with us throughout. We always knew what was happening and what stage the build was at. The overall build time was amazing as well. Everything progressed much faster than we expected, and the team worked efficiently without compromising the quality of the finished product. The workmanship is excellent, the finished granny flat looks fantastic, and the value for money is genuinely hard to beat. Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful and easy to communicate with. If you’re looking at building a granny flat and getting multiple quotes, I would 100% recommend getting a quote from Granny Flats X. Their pricing, quality and build time were all exceptional, and we’re extremely happy with the final result. Thank you to the entire Granny Flats X team for making the process so easy. Highly recommended!

recently completed a granny flat project with Next Gen Granny Flats and overall had a good experience. The team was professional and helpful throughout the process, and the final outcome met my expectations in terms of quality and finish. Communication was generally clear, and they were responsive when needed. The build quality is solid, and the design turned out exactly as planned, which I’m happy with. While the project took longer than initially anticipated, this was due to weather delays beyond the builder’s control, the end result was worth the wait. I appreciate the effort put in by the team to deliver a well-built granny flat. Overall, I would recommend Granny Flats X to anyone considering building a granny flat.
